Returns Policy

For returns items that are still fully sealed / unused and unbroken, please send the item to the following address:

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have a faulty item, there is a different Freepost address you can return it to, within the first 30 days. This address maybe used by customers already residing in the UK. If the item is tested and found to not be faulty, and this Freepost address has been used, a charge of £3.50 plus VAT will be deducted to cover the cost of the postage. In order to obtain this Freepost address, please drop us a message / send us an email, and we’ll give you the address and guide you through the process.

If there are any discrepancies with your product, or an item is damaged, this needs to be reported to us within 36 hours of it being delivered.

Replacement faulty items will be sent back out to you free of charge.

All items returned to us MUST be cleaned, and thoroughly, before returning to us. For health and safety reasons, any item that arrives back to us in a dirty condition will not be checked, and the returned item will be refused and sent back out to you.

Any items returned to us and deemed to not be faulty / do not meet the returns policy will be held for thirty days. After this thirty day period, if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, and subsequently no refund will be given.

ITEM GUARANTEE / WARRANTY

We offer a warranty of one year on everything. If the item you ordered from us develops a fault within the first three months, we can offer a refund or exchange. This changes to exchange – only after the three month period.

 

POLICY SUMMARY – NONE FAULTY GOODS

  • The item / items must be unused and returned sealed in original condition / packaging.
  • Goods that haven’t been heat sealed into a box are non-exchangeable / none refundable.
  • Items that were originally supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are none-exchangeable and none-refundable.
  • The goods must (with no exceptions!) be returned back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order.
  • Clothing / items of lingerie are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Any damaged items / discrepancies need to be reported to us within 36 hours of your item being delivered.
  • If we suspect the goods have been used in any way, or any of the above conditions are not met, we then reserve the right to return the goods to you.

    • Please clean your items thoroughly before sending them back to us – anything that presents as visibly dirty will not be checked + will be returned back to you.
